Perhaps what best defines my work is fragments, fragments of stories, fragments of objects, fragments of bodies.
Regarding the visual, I seek instantes in frozen time, which has a past and perhaps a future, but both unknown in the present. Everything is concentrated in one same action, in which the body often unfolds or it recovers. These are the ideas that I play with, and in which I use in my illustrations.
In my photographs I use fragments once again: scenes lighted at night, lights that seem to float in the “nothing”, creating a dialogue between the exterior and interior, intimate and private.
Finally, in my sculptures, or rather said assemblages, I use objects that I just find, pieces of metal, rope, paper, wood ... With all of this material I create small scenes, again fragments in space, but also of time.
